Nab a seat at the table for this Cork farm’s zero-mile food feast

This looks magical.
Zero-mile food will be on the menu for a pop-up feast at a pig farm near White’s Cross.
The Glenbrook Farm to Fork Spring Feast, happening on March 23rd in the farm’s calf shed, promises a culinary spectacle with renowned chef Maris Urbanovics at the helm.
The six-course extravaganza will see ingredients sourced right from Glenbrook Farm. Run by the third-generation farmer Peter Twomey, the farm is renowned for its outdoor-reared, happy pigs.
The veggies for the pop-up, to be plucked just hours before they hit the plate, boast zero food miles, ensuring maximum freshness, flavour and of course, sustainability.
Glenbrook Farm’s last sell-out dining event in September was held in their calf shed and set the stage for an encore that promises to be even more spectacular. Maris, Ireland’s Chef of the Year 2022, will be the culinary guide, providing insights into each delectable course.

There will even be an in-house sommelier on hand to tempt guests’ taste buds with perfectly paired organic wines.
The event kicks off at 6.30 pm, and you can secure your spot at the table here, with tickets priced at €100.
