Met Éireann says it’ll be cool and ‘unseasonably windy’ in Cork this weekend

Hold on to your hat.
Met Éireann says it will be “unseasonably windy” in Cork this weekend, as low pressure continues to dominate, bringing spells of rain and showers.
According to the national forecaster, it will be cloudy and humid tomorrow, Friday, with outbreaks of rain and drizzle, persistent and sometimes heavy.
“Becoming drier in the south and east during the afternoon, but quite breezy or windy too, with west to southwest winds increasing moderate to fresh and gusty, strong at the coast. Highs of 16 to 20 degrees.” said a forecaster.
Saturday is set to be “unseasonably windy” with sunny spells and showers:
“Top temperatures will range from 15 or 16 degrees in the northwest to 21 degrees in the south and southeast, but it will feel a bit cooler in the moderate to fresh and gusty westerly winds which will be strong near northern and northwestern coasts.”
Most areas will be dry with long clear spells on Saturday night, but Sunday will be another windy day with sunny spells and scattered showers, and highs of 15 to 20 degrees.
