A Sunday well spent brings a week of content.

Or so the saying goes… especially if you’re heading to FitSkin February at Gym +Coffee in Mahon Point, Cork on Sunday, February 9th, 2020.

Beauty buff and skin guru Jennifer Rock will be hosting a morning of lovely feel-good activities from 9.30am until 11.30am, with healthy snacks and plenty of hot coffee to enjoy as you get expert tips on skincare and browse the Skingredients pop-up shop.

Lydia Sasse will be in the store to lead everyone through a yoga and facial yoga class (bring a yoga mat if you want to join in) and there’ll be one-to-one speed consultations with The Skin Nerd’s expert skin consultants afterwards, so make note of any burning questions to ask on the day.

Sounds like a mini holiday.
