Madre Mia is a Mother’s Day pintxos pop-up with your mama’s name on it

If you’re on the hunt for something a little more adventurous to treat your foodie mom with this Mother’s Day, make a beeline for Kinsale.
St Francis Provisions is rolling out a one-day Madre Mia menu on Sunday, March 19th and it sounds completely delicious.
The pintxos pop-up created by Spanish head chef Rebecca Recarrey promises to treat diners to “a gorgeous litany of pintxos” – slices of bread topped with any combination of delicious bites, best served with lashings of great wine.

Diners at Madre Mia will enjoy five plates, pintxos, and drink pairings with two sittings available at 4pm and 7pm on Sunday, March 19th.
