Lilly Higgins’ sweet Valentine’s Day cards have an important message

All the proceeds help Palestinian charities.
And if you want to show some solidarity while spreading the love this February 14th, you can pick up one of Lilly Higgins’ handmade Valentine’s Day cards at the Goods for Gaza stall at My Goodness in The English Market today.
The cookbook author and creative foodie has been busy crafting away at her kitchen table to make ‘Free My Palestine’ cards to be sold in aid of relief efforts as the current tragedy continues to unfold in war-torn Gaza.
“This Valentine’s Day why not take some time to make your own cards and show solidarity with Palestine at the same time.” Higgins posted on Instagram.

“It’s a great off-screen activity for kids to help with too.
“If you’d like to buy one of these I’ve just dropped about 40 of them to the legends in My Goodess in The English Market in Cork. They have a Goods For Gaza stall where all proceeds go to Palestine Red Crescent.”
