Launching in Cork stores on Thursday, May 6th, Lidl’s Cien Caviar products offer a cheap and cheerful gateway into the beautifying benefits of a cult ingredient.

Usually considered a lavish delicacy, caviar has intense moisturising and texture smoothing benefits. Of course, branded products often carry a hefty price tag, but Lidl’s Cien Caviar collection boasts six affordable caviar-infused products that are widely comparable to their luxe counterparts.

Hit the middle aisle on launch day and you can stock up on Cien Caviar Triple Action Moisturiser Cream (€5.99), Cien Caviar Anti-Wrinkle Serum (€6.99), Cien Caviar Cell Renewal Day Cream (€6.99) and Cien Caviar Cell Regenerating Night Cream (€7.99).

There’s also a deep-cleansing Caviar Face Mask (€8.99) and a Neck & Décolleté Cream (€12.99).

“Although age-defying caviar is the star component across the collection, the products also contain other key active ingredients, including hyaluronic acid, which can hold 1,000 times its weight in water supporting skin hydration – an essential part of summer skin routines.” said a Lidl spokesperson.
