Learn the secret to making cake and pastries at Nadúr Deli’s latest class

Having a gang over at Easter?
If you’re ready to elevate your hosting skills to the next level by treating your guests to a decadent selection of baked goodies, this is the weekend class to book now.
This March, you can go behind the scenes at Nadúr Deli and Good Day Deli at Nano Nagle Place on Douglas Street, where their chef Eric Nolan will be sharing the secrets to his delicious Easter cakes and bakes.

The class, which runs on Saturday, March 28th or Sunday March 29th, runs for three hours during which guests will also enjoy tastings, natural wines, lunch, dessert and coffee in the intimate 18th-century space.
You’ll discover the stories, techniques and creativity behind each pastry and take home exclusive recipes, chef’s notes and a small gift to inspire your own baking at home.
“This is a chance to see how our chefs think, taste, and create, while enjoying the food and the stories that make it special.” said the Good Day Deli crew.
“Emphasis is placed on high quality produce (as local as possible), creativity, sustainability, and Good Day Deli’s signature style.”
Tickets are available now, €115 per person, over here.
