Barbecue season is almost here and we can practically smell the sizzling sausages.

Now that the weather is finally improving, our thoughts have turned to al fresco dinners, cocktails and dancing into the long summer nights.

Barbecue menus including a choice of salads, chargrilled favourites hot off the grill and a selection of breads, dips and sauces are available from €22.50 per person for groups of 25 people or more. You can add a selection of summer desserts too if you want to push the boat out.

Hamlets is the perfect next day party venue for after a wedding – you can book in a smaller group of close family and friends or gather the gang for a Day Two barbecue.

Our advice is to reserve your dates early to secure your favourite area. Then you can sit back and wait for the weather to warm up.
