It’s time to stock the bar for summer.

Aldi is launching a Gin Festival on Thursday, May 31st – just in time for the June Bank Holiday weekend.

The brand will be filling their boozy displays with tasty gin concoctions of all varieties.

Boyle’s Raspberry Blush (€24.99) boasts the summery smell of fresh raspberries and pine with a hint of spice and a ‘tickle of pink peppercorns’, while Ha’penny Rhubarb Gin (€29.99) is a tribute to the ugly but delicious fruit with discernible notes of juniper and lemon peel and a hint of black pepper.  

From Scottish distillery Eden Mill, there’s a Blueberry & Vanilla Gin (€24.99) that ‘exudes a muffin-esque aroma’.

Drools.

And if you’re in the market for something exciting, the Chilli & Ginger Gin (€24.99) is an infusion of hot chilli peppers and zesty root ginger with citrus and coriander forward gin.

Cocktail party, anyone?

Look out for the G&T Garnish Selection too (€1.99) – it contains orange zest, juniper berries and cinnamon sticks – everything you need to serve gin like a pro.
