The bank holiday has begun and there are not one but three fine Cork establishments putting bottomless brunch options on the menu for the Easter weekend.

Whether you prefer to wash down your avocado eggs with prosecco, mimosas or something stronger, there are options aplenty to keep you giggling all the way through the bank holiday.

1. Aperol Spritz at The Oyster Tavern, St Patrick Street

It’s the first taste of summer; add €20 on to the price of any brunch dish on the menu at The Oyster Tavern and you can enjoy unlimited Aperol Spritz cocktails with your meal on Sunday from 12pm to 4pm. There’s mimosas and prosecco on the menu too. Call 021 735 5677 to book a table.

2. Mimosas at Brick Lane, South Main Street

This South Main Street bar is scheduling their bottomless Brunch for Easter Monday, April 22nd so add that to your hangover plan. The rules are as follows: €35pp gets you a hefty brunch and unlimited mimosas or Prosecco for two hours. Available on bank holiday Monday only from 11am-3pm.

3. Bubbles at Vikki’s Café & Wine Bar, Sunday’s Well

If the weather is good, you can expect the terrace at Vikki’s to be heaving so reservations are recommended.
