It’s 20C in Cork – and Casanova Gelato are doing doorstep delivery

As Cork basks in the spring sunshine and temperatures hit 20C across the city, one Cork business has announced the perfect doorstep delivery for enjoying in the back garden or on the balcony.
Casanova Gelato, Cork’s first artisan gelato shop, based on George’s Quay, is now delivering their mouthwatering tubs of fresh gelato on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
In case you’ve never tried it, this is not your run-of-the-mill ice cream. The range of flavours includes Lemon Meringue Pie, Cookies & Cream, Snickers and Caramel Biscotti. Toppings range from lemon curd or sprinkles to Casanova’s Nutty-Ella Sauce, roasted nuts, marshmallows and fudge.

The blends are made from local organic milk. with mouthwatering vegan and dairy-free flavours available too.
There’s some enticing offers, with a Picnic Package including a thermal box, with six scoops of your choice, three wafer cones, three sauces, three toppings, a bottle of water and spoons, napkins and straws for a very reasonable €19. You can also order by the pint.
Casanova deliveries will be made on the following schedule:
- 16:00 to 18:00 for the northern part of Cork
- 18:00 to 20:00 for the southern part of Cork
