It’s a Cork institution.
Now The Liberty Grill has received national recognition, winning ‘best breakfast’ in the Irish Independent newspaper’s Reader Travel Awards 2020.
The Washington Street bistro, which regularly has hungry brunchers queuing outside the door for a table, came out tops in a poll of Independent readers who commended its “poached eggs to die for” and an “always amazing brunch”.
The Liberty Grill has a 15-year reputation for serving up the goods when it comes to breakfast and brunch, with Eggs Benny, Bubble & Squeak Benedict and brioche French Toast, all made with Beechwood Farm eggs, American Style Pancakes and the classic Full Irish among the house favourites.
Naturally, it’s all washed down with pots of steaming Barry’s Tea.
