The Cork Sugarcraft Show and Competition is back, and it’s celebrating thirty years of edible masterpieces at the Cork International Hotel on March 8th and 9th, 2025.

This isn’t just baking, people, it’s a full-blown edible extravaganza. Get ready to witness local legends and national sugar wizards battle it out, creating confectionery creations that’ll make you question everything you thought you knew about cake.

The highlight of the event will be a full afternoon tea setting created entirely from icing, from the cutlery, cups and saucers to the food on the plates.
