If you love a sausage, this is *the* spot to hit for a naughty little lunch this week

Everyone loves a sausage.
But down in the Marina Market, there’s one stall that is taking it to another level… and they’re about to launch a brand new menu of sausage-themed delights.
The Crafted Sausage offers a tantalising variety of gourmet sausage boxes, from a curry box to a beef taco sausage box, but it’s their all-day breakfast menu that attracts everyone from the hungry to the hungover.

Since taking the reins in 2023, owner Adrianne Cook has been breathing fresh life into the business, introducing a mouthwatering range of inventive new dishes that put bold flavours front and centre.
One of her latest creations, the Beef Taco Box, takes everything you adore about a classic taco—richly seasoned beef mince, tangy taco sauce, and melty cheese—and elevates it with a sizzling pork sausage alongside golden, crispy house potatoes.
For those who believe there’s no such thing as “too much meat,” the Pulled Pork Box is pure indulgence.
This hearty feast stars tender pulled pork slow-cooked to perfection, paired with juicy grilled sausage and perfectly seasoned potato cubes. The whole box is smothered in oozy melted cheese, drizzled with smoky barbecue mayo and tangy barbecue sauce, then crowned with a generous handful of crispy onions.
It’s a carnivore’s dream served in a box.

As well as Sausage Boxes, you can also try the hot dogs. All €15, you can choose from The Chilli Dog, The Fajita Dog, The Salt & Chilli Dog, The BBQ Beast and The Marina (that’s fried onions, peppers, ketchup, mustard and aioli) in a fresh, Jack Cuthberts Bakery bun.
The hot dogs make a hearty meal too – each one is served with a side of crispy house potatoes, a portion of sauce and a soft drink.

They also do a selection of Sausage Salads (€15) including the Grimm Reaper Salad – mixed leaves, homemade Grimm Reaper beef mince, pork sausage, crispy house fried potatoes, cheese, jalapeños and house sauce.
Just don’t tell your cardiologist you’re heading there for lunch.
