Hundreds of house hunters visited these luxe show homes over the weekend
It’s one of Cork’s fanciest addresses.
Given the location, it’s no wonder that hundreds of house hunters turned up this weekend for a peek inside three show houses for the new Crawford Gate scheme in Blackrock.
Nestled on a quiet road lined with hardwood trees, the 65-house development is built on land that was formerly part of the Crawford Family personal estate.
And the interiors, by North Design and Reddy Architecture, are absolutely dreamy.
We’re talking stunning parquet floors, industrial chic lighting, open plan layouts and modern fitted kitchens.
With the new owners of the sold-out Phase One preparing to move in this December, selling agents Casey and Kingston were on site on Saturday and Sunday to give potential buyers the run down on Phase Two; 12 three and four bed homes.
Starting at €325,000 for the three-bed terraced design, the estate, built by DOB Developments, is bordered by the Blackrock Walkway and the Skehard Road.
