Oh yes; this is the stuff that hangover dreams are made of.

There’s a new Sunday roast menu at the Holy Smoke on little Hanover Street and it features all the carb-laden, comforting classics we adore… with a pit-smoked twist.

The Holy Roast will be served from 12pm – 6pm and features new dishes such as Leg of Lamb, Roast Rib of Prime Beef and Half-Chicken roasted low n’ slow in their signature house rub.

If you’re feeling fancy the Surf n’ Turf is a combo of sirloin steak and whole chargrilled prawns. There’s also a mouthwatering Pulled Rib Sandwich for Sunday diners with serious munchies.

We recommend swapping out the regular fries that come with your meal and trading up to the Holy Smoke’s decadent loaded brisket or swine fries too (in fairness you only pay the difference).

Before you head home to crash on the couch, make sure you finish your feast with a chocolate, banana and caramel brownie or the Snickers Cake.
