The award-winning chefs at the Rochestown Park Hotel have just unveiled Christmas In A Box; a restaurant-quality, heat-at-home Christmas feast that will be on the table (and piping hot) in 60 minutes – no peeling or chopping required.
Whether cooking isn’t your forté, you’d rather relax than slave over a hot oven or you’re simply planning a smaller celebration than usual this year, this convenient Christmas dinner is carefully pre-prepared with all the trimmings so you can enjoy the day worry-free.
All you need to do is select one Starter, one Main Course and one Dessert (from €32.50 per person), then choose your collection date and time.
It’s all practically effortless, ready in less than one hour… and you can add as many guests as you like.
Here’s the ‘Christmas In A Box’ menu:
- STARTER: Vegetable Soup or Thai Fishcake with Raita and Red Pepper Salsa
- MAIN COURSE: Roast Stuffed Crown of Turkey with Baked Ham and Turkey Jus or Hake Fillet with Red Pepper and Chive Crust, Lemon and Caper Sauce (Vegan and Vegetarian options are also available)
- SIDES: Both main course options are served with croquettes, roast potatoes, creamed potato, honey roasted root vegetables, Brussels sprouts, green beans with parsley butter and onion and sage stuffing.
- DESSERT: Apple Madeira with Butterscotch Sauce and Vanilla Cream or Christmas Pudding with Brandy Infused Custard
Your food will be presented to you on collection day along with easy-to-follow instructions, including tips and tricks from the Rochestown Park chefs.
Set the table and hide the packaging and you could even convince your guests you cooked every last bite yourself.
