Here’s a new dog-friendly coffee trailer to hit on your next puppuccino date

Dogs require a lot of walking.
On the plus side, those daily exercise demands are an excellent excuse to get off the sofa yourself and explore the local scenery.
If you’re looking for a new spot to fuel up on caffeine for another half hour of ball or stick throwing, DEFIB Coffee is now open in Crosshaven.
Owner Michelle McCooey, who is originally from Armagh, opened the coffee trailer in the car park at the start of the Crosshaven Railway Walk on her return from Oz.
A big fan of the Australian coffee culture, the 27-year-old entrepreneur moved to Crosshaven after falling in love with a local while abroad and is hoping to keep the good vibes going by catering to the flat white and mocha requirements of local walkers and visitors.
As well as a steady supply of coffee from Bailies Coffee Roasters in Belfast, you can also order an indulgent hot chocolate and spoil your pet with a Puppuccino post-walkies.

Michelle is also planning on installing a defibrillator at the trailer in the coming months, an addition that could potentially save someone’s life in the future. This will be at her own cost but donations are welcome at the hatch.
You’ll find DEFIB Coffee in the car park adjacent to the Royal Cork Yacht Club on weekdays from 7.30am to 2pm and at weekends from 9am to 2pm.
