The opening hours for February up until the beginning of March are as follows:

- REOPEN- 24TH & 25TH
- CLOSED- 26TH – 2ND
The carnivore’s dream drink
If you do swing by on Friday or Saturday and you’re in the market for a unique drink to get you in the mood for dinner, try the Glass Curtain.
The €13 cocktail is a tantalising little collaboration with Cask’s neighbouring restaurant.

“We thought it would be fun to capture the flavour, texture, and aroma you get from one of their dishes and incorporate it into a cocktail,” they explain.
“We take their finest rump steak, render it down, and fat wash some delicious Jameson Black Barrel, then stir it down with a slightly sweetened Shiso and blackberry distillate and garnish with Lavash.”
