If a visit to Ireland’s best cocktail bar is on the cards between now and the start of March, make sure you double-check your dates so you don’t miss a visit to Cask.
The multi-award-winning bar and restaurant has announced it is closing temporarily, shutting up shop in order to hurry along a building project on the premises.

“For any queries please send us an email: email@example.com.”
The opening hours for February up until the beginning of March are as follows:
- CLOSED- 19TH – 23RD
- REOPEN- 24TH & 25TH
- CLOSED- 26TH – 2ND
The carnivore’s dream drink
If you do swing by on Friday or Saturday and you’re in the market for a unique drink to get you in the mood for dinner, try the Glass Curtain.
The €13 cocktail is a tantalising little collaboration with Cask’s neighbouring restaurant.

“We thought it would be fun to capture the flavour, texture, and aroma you get from one of their dishes and incorporate it into a cocktail,” they explain.
“We take their finest rump steak, render it down, and fat wash some delicious Jameson Black Barrel, then stir it down with a slightly sweetened Shiso and blackberry distillate and garnish with Lavash.”
