Hello from the Other Side: A medium is hosting an evening demo at a Cork hotel

When someone passes on, there are often unanswered questions.
Mediums are said to have the ability to communicate with spirits or entities from the afterlife and provide information or messages to those left behind.
This October, the Oriel House Hotel in Ballincollig is hosting a night of mediumship where medium Fiona Faery will “channel energies to relay messages” to the audience and demonstrate how mediumship works. The audience will witness Fiona connecting with any spirits that might make an appearance on the night and break down the misconceptions surrounding the spirit world.
Speaking on her work, Fiona says:
“In essence, my life’s work is to restore hope, bring comfort, and provide evidence of an afterlife. In my sittings as a medium, there is no greater honour than to connect you with your loved ones in spirit. To give evidence such as passing conditions, names, and personalities to you the sitter. Leaving you with a sense of how they connect with you from spirit in your everyday life.”
As a psychic medium, Fiona uses oracle cards (used for introspection or divination purposes) as a tool to provide specific guidance across all aspects of life but she warns that there is no such thing as 100 percent accuracy.
“As an intuitive, I can guide you, ultimately, you exercise control on your life path,” she notes.

Audience members can expect messages from sevent to 10 minutes in length but don’t worry: privacy and sensitivity are key.
“The presence of spirit is palpable in the room. It has been my greatest joy to witness the comfort and unity these evenings create,” she added.
Tickets for the Demonstration of Mediumship, taking place on Friday, October 13th in the Oriel House Hotel are €25 per person and available through Fiona’s website here.
