If you‘ve had to adapt your diet due to an intolerance, or you simply want to explore alternative everyday meals, an upcoming workshop will provide an accessible introduction into how to substitute meat and dairy products in your diet, without sacrificing flavour.
The class will be run by Lion L, a trained vegan French chef and athlete, founder of Lion.L Raw Kitchen, a 100% plant-based bar located in Blue Fitness gym.
The cooking schedule for the class includes a vegan burger, a meat-free burrito and a dairy free chocolate mousse – enough to have you hosting your very own vegan dinner party by Sunday.
It’s all happening on Saturday, May 26th, 4pm to 5.30pm at Lion.L Raw Kitchen. Tickets are €29 here.
