An award-winning garden designer, interior architect, and bestselling author, Leonie Cornelius published a bestselling book ‘Dream Gardens’ and writes columns for the Sunday Independent, the Irish Independent Weekend Magazine, Irish Country Magazine among many others.
The stunning autumn tasting menu will be served overlooking Glengarriff Bay, where a steady flow of warm ocean currents from the Caribbean creates the perfect conditions for rare tropical plants to flourish, bringing a true taste of Glengarriff’s magical microclimate to guests on the night.
