Do you have a deep appreciation for a smooth Irish whiskey?

If so, your tribe is meeting at MONK cocktail bar on the North Mall for a whiskey tasting session on Thursday, December 13th… and you can join them without paying a cent for the pleasure.

For three Thursdays before Christmas the MONK will be visited by three spirits. Each spirit will be doing tastings and demos on the night from 7.30pm to 9pm) and treating guests to a signature MONK cocktail on arrival.

Participants will be tasting West Cork 10-year-old, West Cork Black Cask and West Cork Glengarriff Bog & Peat Cask with some fascinating insights into the distillery.

On Thursday, December 20th you can meet the Spirit of Bourbon with Hi-Spirits, tasting White Dog Mash, Benchmark, Buffalo Trace, Eagle Rare, Stag Junior, Sazerac Rye and 1792.
