The G Hotel is serving a love-inspired Afternoon Tea

It’s the most romantic time of year, so what better month than February to plan a mini-break?
If you’re still undecided on how to celebrate this Valentine’s Day, the five star g Hotel & Spa in Galway has just the thing.
The luxe destination, designed by world renowned milliner and Galway native, Philip Treacy, is serving up a delicious ‘Love Afternoon Tea’ for the month of February.
Take a seat in the Grand Salon and indulge in a selection of sweet and savoury treats including freshly baked scones, Atlantic crab on soda bread, roast striploin of beef on rosemary flatbread and strawberry mascarpone verrine.
Now that Dry January is behind us, you’ll be glad to hear it comes complete with a chilled glass of Prosecco or a refreshing Galway Gin & Tonic for €62 per couple.
Tea connoisseurs will be in absolute heaven too; the vast tea selection includes Red Roses, a flowery, mild and light tea mixed with rose petals and Morningdew Morgentau, a flavoured green tea with mango-citrus flavours and a delicate fruity aroma.
Kids can enjoy the ‘Little Miss & Mr Afternoon Tea’ complete with Rice Krispie bun, rocky road and gingerbread cookie served with a choice of either hot chocolate or a milkshake for €14 per child.
The Love Afternoon Tea and the Little Miss & Mr Afternoon Tea are available from Monday – Sunday (12-6pm) for the month of February.
