Drinking wine at night could actually make you skinnier (yes, really)

This might just be the best health tip we’ve ever heard.
Enjoying a glass of wine is a fun way to unwind at the end of a long day, but experts believe it may also be a great way to avoid gaining weight.
Researchers at Washington State University and Harvard discovered that resveratrol, a chemical found in red wine, actually stops fat cells gaining more fat.
Apparently, reservatrol helps the body to produce beige; or brown fat cells, which are easier to burn off than white fat cells.
The major study, which looked at 20,000 women over the course of 13 years, revealed that those who finished their day by drinking two glasses of wine were 70 percent less likely to be overweight.
Previous studies suggest that red wine could be more of a health tonic than expected, with a glass or two shown to help keep high cholesterol in check, fight free radical damage and prevent cognitive decline.
In fact, red wine even inhibits the replication of bacteria responsible for the formation of acne, so swapping your normal tipple for a glass of vino could even improve your skin.
Can’t hurt to give it a bash, can it?
