Courtmacsherry’s new al fresco dining deck is complete (and it looks stunning)

We’re already planning our May bank holiday visit.
The genius foodie duo behind the Lifeboat Inn have decided to make the most of the stunning waterside scenery outside their restaurant by building a huge decking area overlooking Courtmacsherry Bay.
Work got underway a few weeks ago and the results have just been unveiled.
Now complete, the new al fresco dining area enjoys sweeping views of the harbour… complete with gentle waves lapping against the shore.
The gastropub, which opened last year under chef Martin Buckley and David O’Halloran, has been building a sizzling reputation for sensational food through the winter.
As the weather warms up and visitors begin to flock to the picturesque village, we predict this will be the spot to be seen.
We can’t wait to grab a table by the sea and enjoy a bottle of Chablis over Roaring Water Bay oysters and Union Hall crab claws.
But move fast; the new outdoor seating area will be open by the May bank holiday.
Make a booking, pack some sunscreen and book a room at the Courtmacsherry Hotel pronto…
