Nothing starts a party like a load of lady petrol.

And if you’re determined to get your wedding bash bubbling as soon as you say your ‘I dos’, one Cork company has just the addition.

Fitzgibbon Event Motors has unveiled a Prosecco Tuk-Tuk truck, which can be set up in any outdoor location for an alfresco toast or two.

Nicknamed ‘Penelope’, the gorgeous Italian Piaggio Ape truck has been converted into a mobile prosecco bar and has been fully restored from the ground up.

“Penelope features mood lighting, a crushed ice machine, and a cooling system serving chilled prosecco on tap, and if we can so ourselves… Penelope just looks amazing!” they say.

As with every car at Fitzgibbon Event Motors, Penelope is fully insured too so nothing to add to the pre-wedding worries there.

Announcing the launch of the new venture, Cork musician and entrepreneur Pat Fitz said the company has something to suit all wedding themes:

“Fitzgibbon Event Motors is a wedding and event motor hire company. Big or small, we have the motor for your event!

The company also offers Grace, their gorgeous 1930s-style convertible Beauford wedding car, and Hank, the Republic of Ireland’s first vintage photo-booth vehicle for hire.
