Cork’s newest café sells sandwiches by the INCH

Well this is a novel idea.
If you’ve ever hankered after an extra bite of your favourite sandwich, a new Cork eatery has got your back.
S’inch; Cork’s newest sandwich offering, sell all their sandwiches by the inch, meaning you can order as little or as much as you like of your favourite combinations depending on how hungry you are.
The café at 23A Washington Street West (beside the Kino) is headed up by Emmet Curran, who previously worked at Market Lane and Blackrock Castle, and master barista Phil Scott.
And if you thought the sandwich concept was cool, wait ’til you get your sticky fingers on one of their show stopping Reese’s peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies…
If that doesn’t float your boat then you can ruin your diet with banana bread, lemon drizzle cake, Rice Krispie squares and tartlets, most of which is baked in-house or supplied by local food producers.
For breakfast there’s banana pancakes, a bowl of something known as “porridge of the gods”, and homemade scones to help you start your day like a boss, all under the watchful eye of Donald Trump, Kim Jung Un and Vladimir Putin…
