The weather is a mixed bag this weekend.
But some intermittent sunshine should be enough to get out and about without an umbrella over the coming days.
Today, outbreaks of rain and drizzle will clear through the morning, followed by sunny spells and isolated showers later on Friday. Highest temperatures will range from around eight to 10 degrees.

According to Met Eireann, tonight will bring a mix of cloud and clear spells with showery outbreaks of rain developing and some heavy falls possible.
“Lowest temperatures ranging from 0 degrees in the northeast of the province to 6 or 7 degrees in the southwest, all in moderate to fresh easterly or variable winds.”
Saturday will begin with some showery outbreaks of rain in the morning, clearing eastwards in the afternoon and followed by sunny spells and scattered showers from the west.
Highest temperatures will range from 7 to 10 degrees, with similar conditions expected on Sunday.
