Cork shop that sold €2.5million winning Lotto ticket revealed

The Lottery winner still hasn’t come forward.
Saturday night’s National Lottery jackpot of €2,469,871 was won by a player in Cork, but the winner is yet to come forward and claim their prize.
The National Lottery originally held off on naming the store where the winning ticket was sold as they waited for the winner to come forward, but on Tuesday morning the location was finally revealed.
We now know that the winner bought their ticket at O’Connell’s Foodstore in the seaside village of Myrtleville. The small village would have had plenty of visitors during the sunny weekend weather, so players need to get checking their tickets — unless you don’t want the money, in which case you could just give it to us. No pressure.
The winning numbers on the night were 09, 15, 28, 34, 39, 46, with the bonus number 26.
The National Lottery has advised the winner to stay calm, sign the back of their winning ticket, and contact the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie.
