We’re on the final countdown to the big weekend.
But the Guinness Cork Jazz Festival continues to surprise music fans, with a CorkJazz AllStars XCLSV23 collab show just announced today.
The CorkJazz AllStars presents XCLSV23 – at Cork Opera House on Saturday, October 28th from 11.30pm – 2.30am.
Curated by Mas Exodus/ ChoiceCuts, who have been exploring modern contemporary jazz at the past two festivals, the show will feature the finest local, national and international jazz artists and musicians.
“In the mix at what will be the largest lineup for the Cork Opera House ever over the Guinness Cork Jazz Festival weekend with nearly 30 musicians, vocalists, and DJs, are Hypnotic Brass Ensemble, the eight-piece Chicago brass band; Zaska, who blend of modern funk, neo-soul, and jazz, Cork-based Boolaboom, a new super-sized brass and percussion big-band playing acoustic house, jazzy techno and drum and bass belters; neo-soul artist Melina Malone; rising Irish music star Qbanaa, who merges influences, Decarteret, Yves Solo, DJ Stevie G; and many more special guests to be added.” they told us.
