Cork busker Allie Sherlock (12) absolutely killed it on The Ellen Show

What a talent.
Cork busker Allie Sherlock has finally made her US TV debut, after a video of her singing on Grafton Street went vital last year.
The 12-year-old star performed live on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, choosing a rendition of Adele’s A Million Years Ago, before joining the host on her famous sofa for a chat.
Although the uber talented youngster turned down an appearance on Ellen last year (her dad told The Evening Echo he didn’t want her to feel any pressure) it seems she’s had a change of heart this year.
The Cork tween has been spending some time in Los Angeles, working with music producer Ryan Tedder and rubbing shoulders with the stars, including Pharell Williams…
Allie joked that she’s even adopted an American accent while she’s been in the States.
We can’t wait to see what she does next but in the meantime, we’ll be looking out for her on Patrick Street this weekend.
