And you don’t even have to go through the hassle of skiing.
What with the Omicron variant and high cases numbers causing havoc, you might not be able to get away for a ski break this winter (there are also other reasons that might not be skiing this winter).
However, Conway’s Yard on Oliver Plunkett St. will be bringing the ski to us with their “Apres House,” which is launching this weekend.
In a post on Instagram, the bar said: “We are beyond excited to let you know that The Apres House will be officially open for business this weekend! Bookings are now open at the link in our bio where you can book your very own Ski Lodge and enjoy the ultimate Apres Ski atmosphere right here in Cork!”
“Each Ski Chalet caters for an individual group, so you’ll have the comfort and space to catch up Apres Ski style! Bookings are available at 4pm and 8pm only, but rest assured if you’re joining us for the earlier booking we will have the tunes blaring and treats flowing.” The bar has specified that a €10 cover charge is in effect, and that the bookings are available to those who are over-21 only.
The Instagram post further notes that a cancellation fee will apply if you no-show.
If you’re interested in booking a slot at the Apres House, you can do so here. Slots are only available at 4pm and 8pm.
