Chef Caitlin Ruth is parking up her food truck for ’12 Days of Mexico’ at a West Cork pub

This’ll be worth the spin.
If you’re planning a trip down west before the end of the month, team it with a dinner stop at Levis Corner House, Ballydehob.
Chef Caitlin Ruth will be parking her food truck out back to serve up a Mexican feast across the next three weekends in September.
The award-winning chef and champion of Irish food will be firing up the grill this weekend from Thursday, September 10th, presenting her take on Mexican classics using the best of local produce.
There will be three sittings per day; 5pm, 7pm, 9pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and 1.30pm/3.30pm on Sundays.

“Serving food will allow Levis to continue to stay open as per the current regulations so we will take pre-bookings, space out tables and all events will take place outdoors in our covered area.” the bar owners said in a social media announcement.
A booking app will go live shortly but in the meantime, you can email [email protected] with your name, phone number and the number of people in your group to book a table.
