Castlemartyr’s Michelin-starred Terre restaurant just introduced a lunchtime sitting

This is ideal for so many reasons.
Vincent Crepel’s groundbreaking restaurant Terre at Castlemartyr Resort has introduced a lunchtime sitting, allowing gastronomes to savour the much-lauded menu by day this summer.
There are two sitting times, 1pm and 2pm on Fridays and Saturdays, set in the beautiful surrounds of the Terre dining room in the Resort’s handsome Manor House.
The lunchtime sittings at Terre, which entered The Michelin Guide with one star just six short months after opening, are ideal for a birthday treat or a milestone celebration. They’ll also appeal to parents, who can book a babysitter and escape for a few hours without missing out on any precious nighttime shuteye.
“Daring combinations and innovative cooking techniques using only the finest seasonal ingredients guarantee guests will enjoy a very special dining experience,” the Terre team told us.
“The sitting times are for tables of one to four people; however, Terre offers a private dining option allowing for tables of eight people to enjoy a lunch or private dining experience together, perfect for corporate entertaining or for a celebratory get-together.”
The Terre Lunch menu is €110 per person without wine or tea-pairing. Places are limited and reservations are essential. To book contact info@terre.ie or call 021 4219053.
