Now there’s an excellent reason to put sausages on the menu tonight; English Market sausage slingers O’Flynn’s have come up with three brand new flavours.
The fancy new flavours are: Wild Mushroom & Thyme, Fennel, Parsley & Parmesan and Belgian Beer Sausage, made using Leffe Blonde, ginger, mustard seeds, roasted garlic, pimenton, cayenne pepper and coriander.
It would be rude not to try them all.
