Not a fan of the beach?

If you’ve been craving a session in one of Cork’s many cosy beach saunas but you dread getting sand between your toes or you have a seaweed phobia, this weekend the beach sauna’s coming to you.

The Sauna Snugg will be leaving its spot on Garrylucas Beach at the Old Head of Kinsale and rolling into town this Saturday, August 20th, where it will be welcoming weary guests for a soothing schvitz all day.

The change of scenery will see the popular seaside attraction join the John Buckley Sports Cork City 10 Mile Race Expo at Marina Market, which is also packed with top-notch spots for a healthy breakfast or lunch if you want to keep the feel-good vibes going after you eradicate all the week’s toxins.

Sauna sessions are €10 per person for 30 minutes or €20 per person for the hour and showers will be provided at the Market so you can cool off afterwards.

“We will be available for walk-ins all day at the market but you can also DM us to book your spot!” they shared on Instagram.

“We return to Garrylucas Beach on Sunday 21st and the bookings are now available on our website.”
