Coolmore’s honey bees collect pollen and nectar from wildflowers around Cork, which they say “creates an exploding taste of nature”. The variety of flowers and trees the bees have fed on includes blackberries, clover, dandelion, phacelia, heather, and the lime tree to name a few.
