An artist has created a painting of every Roy Keane red card (there’s 11 in total)

Roy Keane never did things by halves.
The Cork football legend built a career on passion, intensity and a refusal to back down — qualities that occasionally landed him in trouble with referees.
Now, one artist has paid tribute to Keane’s fiery reputation by creating a painting featuring every red card the former Manchester United captain received throughout his United playing career.
Oil pastel artist Seán Harte has announced his first solo exhibition, ‘Sent Off’, which will take place at Hen’s Teeth in Dublin’s Blackpitts on Thursday, September 3rd.

Fans can order fine art prints of their favourite Roy Keane Red Card paintings from €28, with plenty to choose from if you’re looking for a creative gift for a football fan.
There’s Keane taking a swing at Jan-Age Fjortoft (Manchester United vs Middlesbrough in the Premier League, October 1995), for instance.

Another features Keane being sent off for the second time as a United player for diving, which led to a red card vs Blackburn, also in 1995.
Yet another depicts Roy’s 11th and final red card for United on February 25th, 2004, when Keane was sent off for standing on the keeper in a 2-1 defeat to Porto.
