It’ll probably get more use than your human version.

Budget supermarket and random pet accessory treasure trove Aldi is getting in a special dry robe for dogs, offering a quicker way to dry off sodden fur after a dip in the sea (or roll around in a muddy puddle).

Retailing at €7.99, the Dog Towel Coat is one of the Pet Specialbuys landing on the mysterious middle aisle on October 7th, 2021.

“Perfect to wrap around your pet after walks on the beach to keep them warm and dry, the coat is made from 100% cotton and is available in navy or grey.” said an Aldi spokesperson.

It comes in a variety of sizes too, from Small to XL, so whether you’re pet parents to a miniature dachshund or an Irish wolfhound, there’s an option for you.

Other Pet Specialbuys to look out for in the coming weeks include an affordable (and washable) Comfy Pet Bed (€12.99) and a Pet Vacuum (€54.99) that promises to rid your home of pesky dirt and hairs.
