A very cute new café just opened in the middle of Fitzgerald’s Park

It’s the ideal excuse for a walk.
A brand new café has just opened in Fitzgerald’s Park on the Mardyke, serving fresh brews in a soothing, woodsy setting.
Tria Café, which is run by the same group behind the popular SpitjJack restaurants on Washington Street, Cork and in Limerick, has taken over the restaurant space located just behind the Cork Public Museum.
You can grab a drink to go or take a table in the cosy café for sandwiches, baked goodies and a chat. There are also plenty of tables outside for soaking up the rays whenever the sun decides to make an appearance.

Tria Café is open seven days a week, Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 8pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10am until 8pm.
It’s the perfect spot to relax before this drop-in Guitar in the Park class, hosted by Alastair Douglas.
