A US drinks megastar has taken a real shine to Kinsale’s Wild Atlantic Irish Whiskey
A Cork-made whiskey is making waves in the States.
Social media star John Rondi, aka ‘Johnny Drinks’ has taken a shine to Kinsale Spirit Company’s Wild Atlantic Irish Whiskey.
With 2.8 million Tik Tok followers and 1.4 million loyal fans on YouTube, the Rondi family have become an internet sensation with dad, John, mixing up his favourite cocktails online each week.
John had featured Wild Atlantic Irish Whiskey on St Patrick’s Day and after some excellent feedback on the Kinsale brand Stateside, he launched a giveaway for a holiday to bring two fans from the US to Kinsale and all along the Wild Atlantic Way, a prize scooped by a lucky Mr Brian Burguillos.

Recently named one of the best whiskeys of the year by Forbes, Wild Atlantic Irish Whiskey is one of the portfolio of products produced by Kinsale Spirit Company in Cork.
Aged for four years, the whiskey’s toffee nose with notes of ripe red fruit and warm, clean finish have made it a favourite among connoisseurs the world over, particularly in the US, where it won Double Gold in the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
