A stylish new bakery and coffee shop is about to open in Douglas

Brand new café Baked by Applebee Bakes is nearing its grand opening at No. 1 Tramway Terrace in Douglas, ready to serve up tasty Three Fools Coffee and some of the most delicious baked goods in this part of town on Friday.
Behind this exciting new venture is Anna Forde, the talented owner of Applebee Bakes, who has spent over ten years perfecting her craft.
Anna has completely transformed a dilapidated old yellow cottage on the street into a charming and stylish green café where customers can swing by for a takeaway brew or sit a while inside.
Known for her stunning wedding cakes, adorable birthday cakes and mouth-watering treats and tray bakes, Anna is moving from her Moneygourney catering kitchen to open her very first café, bringing her renowned baking expertise directly to the people.
