A stunning new Foraging Trail is opening in a private woodland in Glengarriff

It’s known as ‘Ireland’s Eden’.
And now visitors can experience the true flavour of magical Glengarriff as they taste their way along a new Foraging Trail about to open in a private woodland.
Created by garden designer Kloe Wood and horticulturalist Adam Carveth, Two Green Shoots invites guests to experience a multi-sensory botanical adventure of flavours, aromas, sights, and sounds.
The pair, who have been busily extending their little slice of heaven since 2017, run a Botanical B&B with four rooms inspired by the surrounding landscape and a private glamping experience in a beautiful bell tent.
Their magical Garden of Re-Imagination is home to over 200 varieties of rare and unusual plants including a pink flamingo tree and bubble gum topiary.
Now a new 300m foraging trail is bursting with life and ready for foodies to spend an hour gathering wild botanicals for an al fresco feast.

An exclusive launch event has been planned to open the trail on Saturday, May 13th, led by Kloe Wood and chartered psychologist, nature coach, and accredited mindfulness teacher, Wendy Robinson.
The full-day experience in West Cork (€150, booking here) begins at 11am with a guided foraging walk before a demonstration on preparing the wild plants gathered and a delicious two-course fireside lunch feast.
After a short break to enjoy the grounds, Wendy will lead a Woodland Mindfulness Experience to leave everyone feeling refreshed and energised heading home.
