A national salon brand is opening a new luxury walk-in nail bar in Cork City

Thinking of switching up your nail spot?
If you’re on the hunt for a new talon salon, there’s about to be even more choice on Oliver Plunkett Street.
NAILS, the Irish success story founded by Orit Brahami in 2013, has announced the opening of a brand new, exclusive luxury salon – its most elevated space to date – on Friday, May 8th.

The brand new standalone walk-in salon at No. 86 Oliver Plunkett Street represents a bold new chapter: a next-level, high-end experience that redefines accessible luxury in Cork.
“We’re always asking ourselves – what’s next? We want to improve and keep getting better,” said Brahami.
“We already love Cork. Now we’re giving them something truly special – a luxurious space where you don’t have to compromise on speed or quality. It’s the same walk-in ease, but elevated in every way.”
From a single Dublin store with 20 staff on Wicklow Street in 2013, NAILS has grown into a nationwide powerhouse with 180 staff across 10 locations, predominantly within Penneys and Primark outlets. The new Cork salon marks the brand’s first major foray into a dedicated luxury footprint, with no booking required.
“Back in 2013, while getting my nails done, I remember wondering why it took so long and why I had to book in advance,” Brahami recalled.
“I decided to start a place where people could just walk in and get a fabulous manicure. I wanted to challenge the norm by making nail care fast, affordable and accessible to everyone.”
Swing by from May 8th to give them a whirl.
