A Cork forest inspired the print for this gorgeous silk headband (and now you can buy one)

Curraghbinny Woods has never looked prettier.
Two creative brands with Cork roots have collaborated on a wearable piece of art inspired by the forest near Carrigaline.
The KDK x Skyfolk Curraghbinny headband is the result of a design partnership between Blackrock sisters Keira and Dairine Kennedy, who design luxury accessories with unique prints for their business KDK, and Sara Fitzpatrick and Don Keogh, the brother and sister team behind Skyfolk.
The latter specialises in jaw-dropping aerial photos that celebrate the landscape of Ireland from above.
Inspired by Skyfolk’s ‘Enchanted’ print from the Dreamers collection, an aerial photograph of Curraghbinny Wood in Carrigaline, the new SS22 silk headband is digitally printed and hand-finished in 100% silk.
A limited number of KDK x Skyfolk Curraghbinny Silk Headbands, €40 each, are available now here.

“We loved creating this new Silk Headband print with amazing Irish brand Skyfolk,” say KDK.
“Their aerial photographs of Ireland are truly stunning and the minute we saw their Enchanted series we wanted to collaborate with them. This print is of an incredible photograph of Curraghbinny Woods in Cork and the vivid colours make it a stunning spring/summer accessory.”
We can’t think of a better excuse for some Valentine’s self-gifting.
