A Cork restaurant is flying in an Italian chef to teach you the art of ravioli

Washington Street restaurant Don Gregorio is hosting a special “Master the Art of Ravioli” masterclass on November 4th and 5th at 6pm and it promises to be a deliciously hands-on experience.
Leading the class is Master Chef Aurora Orlandini, who’s flying in all the way from her prestigious cooking college in Italy to share her expertise.
With her guidance, you’ll learn how to craft delicate, flavour-packed ravioli from scratch — from mixing the perfect dough to mastering those beautiful folds and fillings.
