A Cork bar is transforming into ‘La ROGelle’ In support of Ronan O’Gara’s team

Anyone but Leinster, right?
City bar Clancy’s is calling on the people of Cork to support their very own Ronan O’Gara (ROG) and his team La Rochelle as they take on Leinster in the Heineken Championship Cup Final at The Aviva Stadium this Saturday.
The pub has been transformed into ‘La ROGelle’ – an ode to what fans have been calling the French team since O’Gara’s tenure as coach began.
Clancy’s will be hosting a day of festivities, decking the venue out in yellow and black and have teamed up with Heineken to provide a complementary pint to everyone watching the match in the city centre hotspot.
“We really want the people of Cork to get behind ROG.” said director and owner of the Clancy’s Group, Paul Montgomery.
“We’ll be turning Clancy’s into La ROGelle for the day turning the venue yellow and black, with half-time and full-time giveaways of official merchandise, a complementary pint of Heineken, official match programmes and of course the match on the big screen.
Bookings aren’t necessary but arrive early to get the best seats.
