Book your table: The Rochestown Park Hotel just unveiled two new menus

Brought to you by The Rochestown Park Hotel.
Planning to gather the gang together in the coming weeks?
There’s one decision that will make the whole day easier: letting someone else do the cooking.
And this year, the team at Cork’s Rochestown Park Hotel has made that decision even more tempting with the launch of two delicious new menus designed to delight lunch and dinner guests from spring right through to the warm summer evenings.

At Sutton’s Bar & Bistro, you can enjoy all the atmosphere of a traditional Easter gathering or a decadent dinner for two without the hours spent prepping, cooking, and tidying up afterwards.
What’s on the menu?
Their newly launched lunch and dinner menus have been designed with the occasion in mind: comforting, seasonal dishes served in the hotel’s warm and welcoming dining spaces.
Stopping by for lunch? Expect a relaxed afternoon where the focus is firmly on good food and good company as you tuck into seafood chowder or chicken wings with blue cheese dip to start, before a main course of West Cork Featherblade served with bacon lardons, mushrooms and beef fat carrots, creamed celeriac and beef sauce or Clonakilty Chicken with champ potato, buttered spring cabbage, crisp bacon and mushroom sauce.
There’s also a Spicy Boy Pizza (hello chilli chicken breast, jalapenos, sweetcorn, nduja and fresh chilli) and a Rack of Pork (gluten-free) with charred corn, spicy beans, chipotle slaw and fries.
Anyone in search of an epic sandwich will be impresed with the Roco’s Roast Sandwich (served until 2pm); it’s Roco’s carvery roast of the day served in warm ciabatta with stuffing and garlic mayo, fries and coleslaw. Truly a thing of beauty.
Dinner guests will be tempted by the new €48 four-course dinner menu, which includes a starter, main course, dessert plus tea and coffee. Naturally there’s a whopper Rebel Burger selection (spoil yourself: upgrade your fries to loaded) but there are plenty of delicious vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free choices too, as well as a selection of zingy summer salads and healthy stir-frys.

One of the things locals love about Rochestown Park Hotel is its easygoing atmosphere. It’s spacious, comfortable and welcoming — the kind of place where multi-generation family groups feel completely at home.
