The Pie Guys just announced a brand new location, opening soon

By Katie Mythen-Lynch January 27, 2026January 27, 2026

Their whopper pies have earned them a spot in Cork foodie lore.

Now The Pie Guys, aka Jamie Kelly and Tim O’Kennedy, are expanding their empire with a new location opening soon.

With busy counters in the English Market and in The Black Market, The Pie Guys are putting the finishing touches to a brand new HQ on South Main Street in Bandon. Once it’s up and running, the Black Market location will close.

“We chose Bandon because it’s definitely a town on the rise.” they told us,

“It’s also easily commutable from Cork for our amazing staff plus it’s much closer to home. We’ve found a great space in a brilliant prominent location right on the Main Street beside Boots.”

The pair said they are “beyond excited” by the move: “We’re able to tailor make the kitchen for our own requirements so the whole production flow is going to be enhanced. And the wee store front will be pretty cool too. We have plans to increase our offering too but we’ll wait to get open before we do so.”

The team is working towards getting Pie Guys Bandon open for Friday, February 6th, after which they’ll be open Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 6pm.

Ours is a Wild Boar Ragu with mushroom and parmesan, FYI.
